I haven't shown this scan in a long time --more than a year, I think-- so I thought I'd share it again.
About 3 years ago, IWC made a limited edition of Portugiesers for an
Italian retailer. Its case and movement are identical to the Jubilee
Portugieser, but the watch used a dial that actually was at least as
common on many of the original Portugiesers. Unfortunately, to my
knowledge these are all sold out now and very difficult to find.
But actually I like the dial at least as much. It really is the classic IWC pocketwatch dial.
